What we store

For the newsletter: your email address, the language you chose and when you signed up and confirmed. We do not store your IP address.

Why

Only to send you the newsletter. We never share or sell it.

Who processes it

Hetzner (Germany) runs our server for the website and newsletter. Amazon SES (Frankfurt, EU) sends the emails. ImprovMX forwards email sent to info@safetyradar.ch.

How long

Until you unsubscribe – every email has an unsubscribe link. Then we delete your address.

Server logs

Our web server keeps an anonymous page log without IP addresses (time, page, referring page) to count visits. It is kept for 8 weeks.

No tracking

No cookies, no analytics, no ads and no open tracking in newsletter emails. Links in the newsletter carry a tag (utm) showing the click came from the newsletter – not who clicked.

Your rights

Ask for access, correction or deletion any time by emailing info@safetyradar.ch. You can also contact the FDPIC (or your data protection authority in the EU).
